With over thirty years’ experience in the trade fair sector, we are able to advise our clients and follow them step by step in the realisation of each stand construction project, from the study of the preliminary concept to the realisation and “turnkey” delivery at the trade fair.

Depot service

ONE’s services are not restricted to the trade fair: we want to be a reliable and functional partner for our customers. We have dedicated space for the storage of stands and furnishings. This way, once the event is over, you can store your materials from the set-up in ONE warehouses – or in our depots in the USA, Russia, China.

LOGISTICS
MANAGEMENT

ONE takes care of all logistics operations related to the transport and handling of the material from the warehouse to the exhibition space. At the fair, we perform all assembly and disassembly activities.

STORAGE

For customers who do not have a warehouse area, we offer a storage service of set-up components and furnishings. This allows us to manage the movement of stand materials from ONE depots to the exhibition space more efficiently and safely.

MAINTENANCE AND
TRANSPORT OF EQUIPMENT

Once dismantled, the stand can be transported to our warehouses and safely stored indoors while awaiting relocation or until future use.
ONE carries out all maintenance activities necessary for the optimal conservation of the structure: restoration of the set-up, possible repair and fixing of worn or damaged elements, control of components and systems.

Comprehensive assistance, from organisation to exhibition

Each customer is followed by a single contact person, who will assist you to organise your participation in the trade fair in the best possible way and follow all the planning stages, from the presentation of the mandatory documentation required to the final set-up.
